I picked this company out of the telephone book for emergency electrical service.  Herb called and told me what his normal rate was and what it would cost for him to come on a Sunday morning.  He arrived when he said he would, within and hour of my phone call, and arrived looking clean and neat on a Sunday morning at 8:00 AM.  Herb got right down to work and was here for almost 90 minutes.  He discovered problems with the main electrical system in the cooperative building and asked to have our superintendent call to speak with him about it.  Herb was very pleasant the entire time, explaining to me what he was doing and the problems he was finding, and he fixed everything that needed fixing.  You can’t even tell he removed the cover to the circuit box, the paint isn’t even chipped.
